New web site for small start-up biz - flash movie

This new site is for a new business that I'm thinking of starting. Its taking older homes and fixing them up and selling them for increased money. I bought the domain and a place to park the new page. I need the page to look really good and flashy. I want it to have a dollar sign background and have it show an older house (I'll provide pictures) and then like time-lapse photograph or morph into the newly renovated home with like dollar signs coming out of the windows... along with the company logo on the screen and basic contact information like phone and address and stuff. Maybe one additional page to the home page (with a button on the home page to get to it) for an explation as to how this whole process works. Here is exactly what I have in mind. The website opens with the sun coming up over an old house, run down, with a for sale sign on the front lawn. The sign says $185,000... the owner watches as no one even looks at his house for sale - no one is interested. The sun is progressing through the sky very quickly and within about 15 seconds its night., Then the sun rises again, this time he walks over and changes the sale sign to $165,000. Tumble weeds blow by - several people pass but no one is interested. the sun moves across the sky - the end of another day. The 3rd day the sun rises and the man writes on his sign "make me an offer" as a shutter falls off the house onto the ground. Just then, trucks pull up with Equi-tye on the side... men start working on the house at an incredible speed - almost like time lapse photography - and within 10 seconds, the house is transfored into a beautiful house... the for sale sign now reads SOLD $450,000. That is the web page I want!!!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
