To help clarify what I am asking is if I had my dishwasher break. Instead of opening up the phone book and calling somebody I don't know anything about. I can go to [url removed, login to view] and sign in to my account and place a work order in the appliance section for the area code that I live.?
The work order shows up? on? the list of requesting work orders for that area of service (appliance repair)? and then contractors can bid on the job.?
As I receive bids I can check out the credentials and the comments? from other receivers of service about? specific bidders.

So there will have to be a secure login.
after login there will have to be two areas.
One will be placing a work order.
The other will be bidding on work orders.
I want two bids. One setting up the web site to be functional as explained above. The second will be a bid on setting up an escrow service like rentacoder has.
