I require someone good with php, server 2012 and mysl. I need someone to remote onto my virtual server which is already running mysql and has dreamweaver installed. I need only 2 php pages written. The first will give the user the option to upload a file (pdf, doc, docx, jpeg) te action of this page will store the file on the server, upload it to mysql, generate a random document ID and email this ID to the user. I require the following fields on this page wich will all be stored in the mysql table;
First name
Last Name
Email Address
Document upload field
The second php page simply has one field where the user inputs a document ID and the corrosponding file is displayed. This should be relatively simple for someone competant at php and mysql.
