We want to build a simple buy/sell platform for [login to view URL] where participants can email each other.

Sellers register with these data:

- Business Name

- Industry

- Website

- Management Team/ LinkedIn profile

- Headline

- Business started

- Location (select from List)

- predominant sales areas (up to 5)

- revenue last year

- EBITDA last year

- contact details

- upload pitch

- upload pictures

- equity investment in millions

- debt investment in millions

- projected sales price

Buyers can register with their contact data and once activated can search|sort|filter through all the data fields above.

This is a very simple system with just some PHP forms, some JS for making the search forms nice and a MySQL database.

We need a simple but cool, minimalist design as well. Interested?
