Change Sitewide Domain Settings from .com to .net

I have copied all the files of one domain over to the next, but I need the pages updated to the new domain.
For example, there are many references to the .com in the original files and all this needs to be changed to .net. There should be a bulk way you can edit this as there are hundreds of pages to be updated.
There are also two Wordpress installs on the site that the configuration needs to be changed from .com to .net.
