Create and Import xml data file into Joomla Database

Need a XML file to be created with 2 sets large amount of data (listings and Country data) to be imported into joomla website (Jomdirectory) via the admin backend. DB = MySQL
Data that needs to be inserted into database is currently in excel format. This is a very small project that should take someone with experience not more than a hour or two to complete so please be realistic with bids.
