Creating a Script/Extension for Magento to Update Price

Create a Script or Extension for Magento 1, that collects price from one website adds a percentage and updates the price on Magento for the same item. The target site has a Manufacturer # for each item. That same Manufacturer # is used as SKU in Magento. So the script or extension should search the SKU in magento and pull exact price data from Target site and adding a percentage and updating price in Magento for that SKU. If for any reason a SKU cannot be found on Target website the script should Skip to next entry but create a log so we can check those products manually and update. Target site is based on Netsuite and the other site is made in Magento.
