Develop a Custom Warranty Management System WordPress Plugin

I need a custom warranty management system for a company website that sells Extended Warranty insurance coverage. Example of usage of this system is for mobile phone suppliers, computer/laptop sellers that offer Extended Warranty product option for their purchases.
Features required on Front-end
1. Product registration
2. Purchase extended warranty with custom form fields (selection filter by type, brand, model, serial number, price range, etc)
3. Enable payment (WooCommerce compatible is preferred)
4. Auto-generate unique warranty ID/code and receipt (send by email to user)
5. Separate login for A) Supplier and B) Consumer/end-user
6. Check Warranty status by verified user ID or warranty ID
7. Warranty Claim Request & Tracking Status of Request
Features required on Back-end/admin
1. Warranty orders management
2. Sorting & search filter of warranty registrations and requests by user ID, status, date and order #
3. Define warranty period
4. Define product return address/service center address
5. Email template for notifications and alerts
6. Reports: warranty request by month, year, product
Requirement:
1. Must have a user-friendly interface and compatible with my Wordpress theme.
2. Ownership of the plugin rights/license.
