Build me a job tracking and inventory management software for a print shop

I am looking for a job tracking software which is either cloud based or offline. We are a small printing company. We get print jobs from various clients. We enter these print jobs into an accounting software called tally at the moment. At any given point of time, we don't know where these jobs position is. We need to call various people in the company to find out. So we want to build a job tracking software whereby every time a job comes in, it is entered into the job tracking software, and it can be seen by everyone who has access to it. Also we would like this software to be updated by various people for example after a job is received these are the steps: 1. Files received 2. Samples made 3. Samples signed 4. Pre-press department - plate making 5. In printing 6. Finishing department 7. Ready for delivery 8. Delivered 9. Invoiced We need a drop down with the above list to show someone at any point in time what the position of the job is at. Also Besides is, it must show updated by who, every time is has been updated including date and time. It is a pretty simple software but let me know if you can make it and if you suggest anything else to add to it. Everyone should have their separate login details and we would like to build on this software in the future with things we believe are missing or to improve it.
For inventory management: We currently have various items in our warehouse which is maintained in a register then updated on excel monthly. We would like to automate this process. We would like to give our warehouse staff a computer so they can update the stock everytime they receive new stock, or when stock is issued for printing a particular job. Our company is small, hence the transactions per day in and out of the warehouse are not much. Also we don't purchase goods very often, but when they come, they come in bulk so they need to be entered in the stock sheet. Can you make a custom software where we can maintain our stock and also when issuing the stock, it keeps a record of the date it was issued, and for which job and the quantity and who issued it. When stock comes in, when it came in, which supplier sent it and what quantity. We would like this software accessible on the LAN also if possible we want to enter the price of the stock in the system so we know our value of stock at any given point in time and which stock is running low. But we don't want all employees to see the stock value so we want to make the software such that warehouse employees have their separate login. Please quote us for this. Also how long will it take? I have attached our most recent stock list which includes, papers, ink, banner rolls some machine products, etc so ideally we would like to allocate all paper under one tab, inks under one tab, accessories under one tab etc.
