Hi,
I have a website I need built, it needs to be fully functional and ready for data input.
This job will be perfect for new freelancers, as I can't pay much.. but am willing to be patient and help you (i'm an experienced developer/engineer) and rate you 5 starts, if you're willing.
The website will be security site such as [login to view URL] but *not* a copy of it.
Front page is going to be landing page.
First segment is summary of our services (look at the first segment on [login to view URL] website).
Second segment is going to be "Key Features" of our service (look at [login to view URL] again, for their key features segment).
Third segment is how we do it, which will be a step by step image.
The site needs to have Live Chat option ... and is shown on the landing page always, in the lower right corner.
I'll set the images myself and put the text in, i just need a rough frame done ... so i can start putting in the content.
