Need a website that will advertise many items and allows the users to:
1.) Allows users to sign my Company's Contract and pay my Company to advertise their items for rent to customers to include uploading photos of their items for rent.
2.) Allows customers to sign my Company's Contract and pay my Company to rent the items they want to rent.
3.) Allows vendors to pay to advertise their products and services on my website and the vendors advertisements show up on my website's pages.
4.) Has a Search feature that allows customers to search for the items they want to rent (with additional fields to filter the item based on certain basic features and amenities) and then sign my Company's Contract and then pay my Company to rent the item.
a.) Has a Calendar feature that shows when that item is reserved and not available for rent and the calendar shows when the item is available for rent.
5.) Has a search feature that allows you to find an item based on dates its available so the customer knows when that item is not reserved and is available for rent.
