Create a Responsive Wordpress Template

Hello!
We need a responsive version of our wordpress page.
That includes:
+ Content: Change Table Layout to Div Layout with Breaks (Image position should adjust to the screen size - two rows or one row, size). All pages have to be checked for problems, like for example Information and Contact Form.
+ Plugin: Menu Slider on the left side (like [login to view URL]) + Mobile Theme Switcher (maybe wptouch) + Feature Slider (like wptouch)
+ Theme: New Mobile Responsive Layout similar in the spirit like the current layout (colors, gradients etc). You could also adapt wptouch bauhaus theme, which is not too far off (see screenshot).

Target Devices:
Everything from small mobile phones to retina Tablets - Landscape & Portrait mode.
You will get admin access to a wordpress test server.
Please provide us with samples of already created responsive designs & suggestions for our page to make it look as professional as possible.
