CUSTOM PRESTASHOP ADDON FOR LOYALTY

hi All, im looking for a addon for prestashop or a custom cms for manage Loyalty program in a retail shop, need to be a web service so need to run on a web based solution.
I have attached a working flow diagram, this service will be placed in a totem/tablet inside the retail shop.
Shop customer have just enter his mobile phone number if is a new user we collect the number and on backoffice we add all other customer data (the best solution for us is integrate this feature on our prestashop site so we can manage customer in the same database).
If the user is already present on our database he can only see the amount of loyalty points (stamps) on the card.
Everytime we add a stamp the service send an email / sms to the customer with a report and web link to see the card.
ABOUT the catalog option in the diagram please ignore it becouse we made by ourself we need just a link in the main page in the fidelity card service.
The layout of the service need to be made in CSS becouse we need to change it sometime.
Prestashop addon is not a mandatory thing but if we can use on it will be the best.
We can discuss over everything and find the best solution for what i need.
