Looking to build a new website that looks like this:

- search bar in the header - with autocomplete as the user types
- dynamic cards that can be arranged by category (3 categories to begin with)
- order of cards changing daily through external api call (the api will give the index)
- mobile ready
- fast and lean
- easy to update, new cards will be added quite often - wordpress would be ideal
