Sr. Developer Needed for 2-3 weeks to come to the United States

Looking for a qualified developer to come to the United States to work on finishing my project. The qualified candidate needs to have an expert level knowledge and practical of PHP, mySQL, HTML, Java, CSS and Server. You will be required to work 9-10 hour days full time on my project alone (no managing separate projects for any reason). You need to bring everything you need to develop the rest of the site (i.e., laptop(s), software, etc) I will be working with you 6 days per week, 9-10 hours per day. I will pay for your airfare, lodging, food, transportation and anything else business related per my approval. In addition, we can negotiate your weekly pay and workout all arrangements going through Freelancer 100%. You will either be coming to Cincinnati, OH or Orlando, FL. During the interview phase, I will be looking for how well you speak English, your level of expertise, and whether we would be a good fit. In the end, I would like to speak with you live on Skype if permitted by Freelancer. I am finishing my project and want to make sure the last 2-3 weeks don't end up being 10-12 weeks. I would be slightly interested in coming to your location only if you are providing the same amount of exclusive time but simply cannot come to America due to family, Passport or other issues. If interested, set a bid marker and let's talk 100% fully using Freelancer. My budget includes fees plus travel expenses. Just because I placed a budget of $1,000 - $5,000 only means I want to attract the best developers and you should bid whatever you think is necessary for you to make a profit - I can change the budget after we discuss.
