We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to help us create a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for customer support that integrates various communication channels such as live chat, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and more. We plan to utilize the open-source Chatwoot framework ([login to view URL]) as a foundation and tailor it to meet our specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration of Chatwoot: The developer will be responsible for the initial setup and configuration of Chatwoot on our servers, ensuring it aligns with our unique requirements. This includes customizing the user interface, configuring communication channels, and integrating a billing system for subscription plans.
Customization of Chatwoot: Customization of the Chatwoot platform to accommodate our pricing models, subscription plans, and business rules. This will include creating the subscription plans you've outlined (Free, Pro, Master, Ultra) and implementing associated pricing structures.
Integration of WhatsApp with Unofficial API: The developer will integrate WhatsApp as a communication channel using an unofficial API such as WhatsApp [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) or Baileys ([login to view URL]). This will enable users to manage WhatsApp conversations directly within the platform.
Development of Additional Features: Depending on requirements, additional features may be needed, such as user management, contact management, reporting, and analytics.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the platform functions correctly, addressing performance and security issues as necessary, and making adjustments as needed.
I also need to make a small admin to manage subscriptions, who is connected to chatwoot and where he can:
- View and edit current subscribers plans
- Dashboard with stats (current customers, customers with free plans, etc) some basic stats.
