Drupal Commerce Seating Map for Ticketshop

We have a Drupal Commerce shop where we sell tickets for serveral events. For every event we sell 1 - 5 different tickets (SKU's) at the moment.
We now want to implement a seating map funcionality, that the user can select the prefered seat/s and order his ticket/s.
Attached you will find an example for one current seating map of us.
The new feature need to cover the following things:
- creation or upload possibility for several seating maps
- alocate seating maps to events/SKU's
- possibility to select one or more seats and add them to cart and order them
- when one or more seats are selected by a user, this seats have to be blocked for other users for 15 or 30 minutes
- every seat has 3 elemets: a category, a row, a seat number
