I need a Facebook Ads Cloaker that works the following way: You will login to a control panel. After logged in you will be able to setup a new advertising campaign. In order to create the campaign you will setup the campaign name, the safe url (this will be a website url that will be shown to any facebook ad reviewing IP address and black listed ip addresses) and the sandwich page url (this will be a sandwich page in our own server that will look as a blog post. Any link inside this blog post will be sent to the affiliate link and only be shown after the campaign is approved) In the campaign information you will see all ip addresses that accessed that link and which ones where blocked by the cloaker and which ones don't.
This is how the process works:
We will create a facebook ads campaign in facebook, we will go to our control panel and setup the campaign with the safe url (lets suppose [url removed, login to view] link) and the sandwich page url, (our landing pages must connect somehow with our system in order to know when to cloak the affiliate link and when not). The facebook ads campaign link will be the one created by the cloaker.
The cloaking process must be invisible to facebook
The server must detect all ip address that are accesed to the different landing pages in our servers and create a record of the IP Address.
You must have experience on this field.. Preferably you have already made one and it is currently in working order. You must also know facebook Ip address range for the review process in order to make the cloaking effectively,

I work with SCRUM Methodologies (Trello), Continuous Development, Bitbucket or Github and Slack. I use also hubstaff in order to monitor work progress. You must agree with all these terms. Project must be installed in Amazon Web Services in an EC2 and be autoscalable.
