We are looking for someone who can make a small page for us. Subsequently, if the collaboration works well, there will be continuous additional development on the site
There must be an admin where secretary users can be created, to create the secretary the following must be entered
First name
Last name
Password
Mobile number
Last training took place on [A]
When must a warning be given about new training:
1. 1 week before date [A]
2. 1 week after date [A]
3. 2 weeks after date [A]
Should the secretary be automatically deactivated if there is no renewed training no later than xx date from [A] : YES or NO

When the secretary logs in, an SMS code must be sent twice a day, which must be entered before the secretary can log in.
The cutting line is at 17 and 06, so if a secretary logs in after 17 and 06 with the SMS code, then a new SMS code must not be sent even if the secretary logs in continuously during the day until 17 and again until 06.

When the secretary is logged in, it must be possible to search among the employees in the database, which must be searchable by first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, position and free text. You don't have to choose what to search for, there just has to be a large search field.
The secretary must be able to see the following information about the employees
first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, position and free text
The secretary must be able to insert a message in the employee's calendar, this must be clearly visible when it is active, it must also be possible to include a phone number and the option to send a message must be removed while the message is active in the calendar.
The secretary must be able to send the employee a message stating the full name, telephone number and message of the person who posted the message, depending on the status in the database, the message must be sent via e-mail and SMS to the employee
