I have a social media site that uses a forum in which members post threads and comments. Members have profiles and avatars, as per usual. Currently, the avatar upload interface for member profiles is very primitive. My main problem, however, has to do with how the images that users upload are handled. The 1MB limit isn't cutting it any longer. The system should be able to compress the image to a usable scale (without sacrificing quality) and without the need for the user to do it manually. Looking for elegant and sophisticated solutions in pure PHP!

This project requires someone very experienced with Wordpress, PHP, and CSS—preferably a full stack developer.

In other words, I know roughly how much time a particular task should take a full stack developer familiar with CMS, PHP, and MySQL databases. Those who purposefully overestimate time on a simple task will be rejected, removed from consideration of future projects, and reported to Freelancer. Don't try it! Honesty and professionalism will get you much farther with me.
