laravel to traccar connection

I am building a website from laravel 5.1 and a gps tracking server off traccar. I need to connect the two and produce something like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Key requirements are
- ability to choose map from standard set or uploading of maps in image format or standard overlay. (which means we need a way to say at least two coordinates on that map)
- allocating GPS units to specific events on a date as well as specific course for that event.
-ability for a tail of a chosen time length to be shown.
-must get the data from traccar
-must store data for later playback.
-must be able to update live.
Does not need to be perfect but must have key requirements working.
