Looking for Web development team for an online LMS (Learning Management System) **Please read the description fully**

Project Description:
We are setting up an online LMS website for a specific targeted examination materials for school children and we need good Web development team to build an attractive, reliable and scalable website for us. The website predominately support the following features:
1. Downloadable pdf or word documents
2. Host the recorded Video lectures on different topics (think of something like Udemy - bunch of small videos wrapped into a specific course)
3. Links to Youtube or similar video sites
4. Examination engine for pupil who prefer to take the exams online
5. Payment processing system and Subscription based like coupons, discounts, offers etc
6. User administration etc
7. No of pages - roughly 10
Technology stack:
We haven't finalized on the front end and back end stack yet. We were initially considering the Word press with LMS theme - specially [login to view URL] But, moved out due to scaling issues. We ideally want something based on node.js/react/Angular based if that fits in the budget and open for other stack too. We just want something like this url theme which is reliable, performant and scalable.
Webhosting:
Ideally want it on AWS but due to the time factor and cost we are thinking for starting with TMD or SiteGround and later move to AWS
User base and concurrent users:
To start with we are expecting 1000+ users but the content has a potential to reach 10k users with at least 1000 concurrent users at peak times.
Duration: 6-8 Weeks in agile fashion
Other things to note:
We do have our small team of junior developers and content administrators in India who will take care of providing all the content for the website and taking care of on going maintenance after go live. So, we need a professional team that gives proper handover to our team for ongoing maintenance.
