Looking to send SMS and Email to these users.

Database consisting of contact numbers, email addresses and name/surname.

SMS METHOD

PHP system will have page called sms.php. and must send a bulk SMS to each number from the database.

- SMS to use Clickatell API (Pre-defined message)

EMAIL METHOD

PHP system will have page called sms.php. and must send a bulk SMS to each number from the database.

- EMAIL to use mailchimp API (mailchimp pre-loaded templates) to each email address from the database.
