Make minor changes to my Website!

Hello,
I have created about 90% of the website. I need help with minor changes to CSS and how the website is Displayed. The website is done mainly in Html and CSS using bootstrap plus JavaScript and Php for contact form.
I will provide you the full the code and i need the following changes needs to be done.
- I need to Add a Button called "Add your Business" that open to a form that can be filled out and sent to my e-mail.
- Make the logos display better
- I need to Add a Video Gallery or something similar
- Remove some White space on the website
- Make sure my Subscribe Button is working
- Make sure my Contact form is working
- Form should look like this ([login to view URL])
- Also use my e-mail from gmail to send the form information to my e-mail.
