I need to fix Wordpress PageSpeed Insights

Looking for a experienced professional who can look into my wordpress site and improve its Google Page Speed Insights to 92% or above for both Web / Mobile.

There are some key base templates we want to optimize for:

-- the front page

-- the review template(s)

-- the model template(s)

-- the video template(s)

Please write in case if you know how to improve Page Speed Insights and tell me if you have any url where you have done this before...

Let me know if you can start it quickly ? I shall provide all access details as needed.

IMPORTANT: I don't want any change in wordpress core files or plugins files, because I want to upgrade them to latest version without loosing any work done!!!

Note: Is important that this will not cause any problems in my site or change my website layout.

Note2: If you test my url in google pagespeed insights you will see that the server response time is 1,7s, this is probably caused by a problem in my current theme code, because If I choose wordpress default theme appears with 0,26s. Btw, I have other sites running in same server and in some of them dont appear this issue, so this is something that is possible to fix.
