We want to build 3 online classifieds marketplaces:

1. General classifieds (similar to dubizzle, OLX, avito, letgo)

2. Real estate classifieds (similar to property24, [login to view URL], [login to view URL])

3. Job classifieds (similar to monster, careerbuilder, syft)

- The 3 are MVPs for our businesses; expected delivery timeline is 3 weeks - Feb 9 to Feb 28

Design principles:

1. Progessive web apps

2. Same tech stack across the 3 platforms

3. Intergration across the 3 platforms i.e. a user clicks on the real estate category in general classifieds and is directed to the real estate platform

4. Mobile logins based with an options for email & social media

5. They must look damn good!! (we have an inhouse UX developer who will be co-working with the assigned developer)

6. The 3 platforms will have the same design & functional themes

7. Setup up analytics - Google Analytics, MYSQL, BI Tool

Overview of the process flow:

1. Seller uploads images of the item

2. Seller describes product & price

3. Seller logs in

4. Listing/content is moderated

5. Buyer searches for item

6. Buyer views specific item

7. Buyer prompts to contact seller

8. Buyer is prompted to provide their details (log in)

9. Buyer and seller transact

- We are looking at long term partnership

Phase 1: MVPs - Feb 2020

Phase 2: Enhance MVPs - May 2020

Phase 3: Build for scale - Aug 2020

Phase 4: Introduce new category specific marketplaces - Aug 2020
