Hello!
We are looking for a good php programer (or team) to continue the development on one of our project (please see the attached doc). Our programers are very busy and we need this project to be done asap. You will have their assistence.
We are very interested also for a long term cooperation.
The website is targeted for real estate investors to buy and sell discounted properties (wholesale deals). The service will be available in different metro locations ("Regions") in the US, so the subscription price may be different from one region to the other. All pages should be template driven.
The web design it is done, also 80% from programing – you have just to help our programer to be done faster – so the budget: $200 - $300, so please do not bid over! Please study the attched document to see what is only left to do
You must to be ready to start asap.
This is only a php programing project, no webdesign require.
The project is very time sensitive, so please bid only if you have the skils and the resources to be done in max 4-6 days. Also, we need your support for fixings the bugs find on your codes after the project will be done.
Daily reports and continue communcations with our program manager, via Y! IM are require.
For payment, we will use only GAF system - we will split the amount in 2 modules and will make the 1th escrow deposit up to the end of the next day we see you have started the work and you have the skills to be done in timeframe and quality terms (our programers will check your work) and it will be realese only after the project will be done and bugs free.
