PHP Vimeo upload form using their API and TUS framework ([login to view URL])

I need a PHP developer to code a vimeo form upload using their official API documentation and tus framework.

The form must:

- upload straight to our vimeo business account (it will be setup so that is a storage, not visible from vimeo as a channel, sort of an aws)

- use TUS framework ([login to view URL]) to upload, suggested and fully supported by vimeo. So that uploads are resumable (tus php code [login to view URL]).

- any user even not subscribed to vimeo (therefore without an API to provide) must be able to upload through the form

- should retrieve the link once uploaded and set it into a variable

languages to use: vimeo API, PHP, jquery, html
