Pop up box when mouse over (hover) over an image - WordPress site

We are currently using WordPress to build our site. We need to place an image next to some text and when a user hovers over that image with their mouse, a simple pop up box will show with information we will provide. Then when they move the mouse off the image, the pop up box will disappear. Not sure how difficult this would be, but it seems pretty simple and straightforward. Please let me know if you have any questions. We need this done ASAP. Thank you!
