Prestashop Site very slow

My clients prestashop site is extremely slow. I think there is some bad code, or some plugin that is not working properly.
The site is live, and you cannot make changes that may disrupt the site.
Even the admin login page takes a very long time to load.
I have included a link to the website in the attached document.
I am looking for someone to resolve the speed issues (Enabling cache is not accepted as the solution) you must find the problematic code/plugin and resolve..
