Hi

I am looking for a engineer to build a VPN Proxy and front end website with Proxy breakout in the UK. We have the servers in a Datacentre that we can install the VM's on.

I want to resell proxy service including a VPN service for users to connect to the proxy and monitor the user bandwidth. This should be integrated to a website login for users and payment portal, say paypal.
