We are a Tokyo-based company looking for an independent freelancer or small team to realize the development of a simplified apartment rental platform similar to Airbnb in terms of functionalities.
Necessary items:
- Web responsive
- English language but need to be able to add one or more languages soon
- Upload feature (pics, info) to create listing on platform
- Account creation for landlord and for tenant
- Search function
- Messaging function
- Payment (Paypal, Stripe or other)
- All related coding (framework will be provided by us and discuss with you)
- Admin functions
- Necessity to own all code and documents
- Necessity to keep and get all documentation related to development (We need to be able to take over the project)
Eventually:
- Design (logo, UI, UX) but we can propose a designer as well
- Technical maintenance of the website
We will provide:
- Domain
- Emails
- Instance
We would like to have a MVP for end of June 2021.
