You will have to build my wordpress website from scratch reproducing the layout attached to this project; background animated will be attached, too, such as the custom picture.
The body represented on the example layout must have white background on the animated gif background itself. Each page must have the same header picture, footer text and right side menu, so just the central body must change clicking on hypertextual links; you will also have to implement PayPal plugin for purchases and contact us form, such as the report a problem form.
The website must be absolitely very fast loading.
