URGENT: Fix \"Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: XXXX\" Problems in WP

Hi guys, I need a quick fix. My wordpress website is [url removed, login to view] and I did some change that resulted in the erros below. I need someone that can do a quick fix and get rid of those.

Right from the start you can see these 2 errors in the home page:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/hotelguide/www/[url removed, login to view]) in /home/hotelguide/www/wp-content/themes/thewebconz/[url removed, login to view] on line 2
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/hotelguide/www/[url removed, login to view]) in /home/hotelguide/www/wp-content/themes/thewebconz/[url removed, login to view] on line 2
I also CANNOT enter the wp-admin because I get these errors:
