I need a php script that can help to manage password protected files & folders. Cpanel has the password protection feature, but i have about 100 users in a group that needs to access different folders and would be too much work to add them manually.

So basically need a php script that will rewrite the .htpasswords and .htaccess files and add the users in the files needed. Need to add/delete user groups, add/delete users in the group and control which files/folders the group can access.
