Verify Shopify new API calls 2021-04 version works with Code Igniter V3

We have an existing application that does the webhook call to Shopify API. Recently it is upgraded to call 2021-04 version and need some form of proof that it is working correctly. I am not the writer of the application nor am I an expert in PHP Code Igniter version 3. Need help to verify and if there are any errors when running in production.... yes, it's testing in production... seven deadly sins!
