We need an application developed where we can upload classroom videos (45 to 60 mins) categorized as per classes which will be viewed by registered users on mobile browsers. Nasic requirements:

-- Every teacher will upload his/her video separately

-- The students can view the videos after they log in.

-- There are a few other features like list view, categorizing videos etc. will be there.

-- if the video uploading is a problem we can think of something else like CDN

Please apply only if you have a similar system already developed. My budget is $75 for the whole application.
