We are looking for someone to make some changes in our tube site that works with:

The tasks are the following:
1-import video function: the system has a video import with keyword from youtube API.
In this import we need to retrieve only Creative Commons videos. Maybe this link may help:

2-Need to do make videos to be played only if user is registered.
Make a popup if users want to interact with a video.
3-Currently users can access and see all the videos. Change it:
By default users will not be able to see all the videos. After registration, user can view 100 videos. The
other videos are hidden. User is able to see in the platform
100 new videos each week. So, after user registration, he will see 100 videos. After 7 days,
will see 100 new videos. So, in one month user will see in the platform 500 videos.
4- disable option to comment videos.
