vTiger 6.4: email when value condition met and custom listing for some condition

Hello Freelancers of the world,

I have a vTiger 6.4 running in linux.

It has the normal account´s module, and also, a custom module called Cuentas built with module builder, that has related accounts.

I need:

- Module Cuentas (not account), has several fields with the word "diciembre" in it, when any of the fields with "diciembre" in their names is updated, then look at the account related to that Cuenta, and check custom field "monto máximo a ser asesorado" in it´s Cuenta, and if the value of "monto máximo a ser asesorado" is greater than the value it´s trying to save in the "diciembre" field (can be more than one field in Cuenta that has name "diciembre"), then send an email to the owner of the account saying so (I´ll provide text).

- Also, in custom module Cuentas, in the actions dropdown, or in the filter's dropdown (better if possible without breaking the system too much), that once clicked, it will do the same comparison on demand as before, and show all the Cuentas that have in the fields that contain "diciembre", values greater than the field "monto máximo a ser asesorado" indicates, and then list all the Cuentas that meet such condition (if too hard, it can export an excel with the Cuentas).

I need the original files to be saved with .backup or something, and have a clear list of files added/modified for this task.
