Web Security Expert required to restore websites after Hacker attack

My 1&1 webspace has been attacked by hackers who performed the attack through a security leak in my software. 1and1 have suggested we ;
1.) remove any backops (provider restores, old) from the webspace
2.) Delete a selected amount of files (we have identified the files)
3.) Upload more secure version of the following modules of software; Wordpress and Joomla
4.) Change Administration Password to that software as soon as possible
5.) Check if the hackers have changed content of my database
6.) Check for any malicious content
This is a simple job, for a security expert. Hence, only apply if you are confident with finishing this job asap.
