I have had some work done to the development site of our eCommerce website,

You can see that the unit price reduces as you add more products, and the total also changes if you choose return products etc etc.
I need the person I award this project to to do the following:
If ( the new products = 2 and the returns = 1) == auto add a product called "Cylinder Hire Charge"
If ( the new products = 3 and the returns = 1) == auto add 2 products called "Cylinder Hire Charge"
If ( the new products = 4 and the returns = 1) == auto add 3 products called "Cylinder Hire Charge"
Etc etc...
So if the customer has 3 new products and wants to give 1 return back, the customer has to pay for 2 NEW Cylinder Hire charges because she/he is ordering 3 new cylinders...
Please comment if this doesn't make sense and I will explain more.
