If you have experience in customising phpbb please contact me. I require a custom phpbb theme to suit my existing site [url removed, login to view]

I would like to change the layout of phpbb as well as the theme to create something similar to this example [url removed, login to view] - I especially like the way in which active posts are displayed rather than just a list of boards / topics, this is how I want my phpbb to work. Please reply with examples of your work and timescale to complete the project.
