picture shop and download centre

hi just bought a new server to connect to the internet and make our own web shop maybe using oscomerce or something simular, we curently do not have a static ip, not sure how long it will take our ip to provide this and we do not jknow how to change our name to point to the new server. [url removed, login to view] the server was 4 gig of ram and 2 2.800 xeon cpu 140 gig hard drive uniing raid 10, so we now nead some one to create the shop design and add a nice template for us add all the page sand set it up so we can take pay pay. also looking for some one to design something for us to use so we can run our images through it so it will decrease the size of the file add a image saying [url removed, login to view] make a nice thumb nail for us plus make zip filese of the pics.

also nead them to be uploaded to the server.

nead the the software putting o the server so when we have new product it makes the images smaller zips them up and makes thumb nails and adds it all tot he shop

all we wont to thave to do it upload a file to the server and the server makes it smaller zips it up makes the thumb nail and add#s the text tot be thumb nail then disrergards the large file and awaits the next. all i wont to thave to do is go in and add a discription and price.
