Hello,
We currently have an internal Excel database on a drive to manage product information. Our website is monolingual, only in French, and our ecommerce website is powered by Prestashop.
So we are looking for somebody who can implement Pimcore for a start-up company.
Our goal now is to have the most qualitative product repository possible, while reducing the risk of error when updating the catalog. The products data comes mainly from our suppliers (BtoB, Excel file ...). Currently the database contains about 15,000 products.
The data hosted on the PIM will then be exploited on several websites and possibly some marketplaces. For this, we must be able to make automatic exports to formats: .csv, .xml, .json
The PIM will also be used to host our multimedia content.
Example of fiedls: Id
RIW (it's an internally generated code with specific rules) / Category id / Category name / Brand / Range / Model / Declination / Attribute / Year / MPN (Manufacturer part number) / EAN13 / Recommended retail price / Selling price / Tax /Purchasing price / Weight
In addition to the information marked above, each product has its own information (including technical characteristics).
If you have another PIM (preferably open source / maybe Akeneo) to offer, we are listening.
