letters and numbers have that exact position

also has its own format
- if Nation is Italy then the format is 11 digits all numbers
- if nation is not Italy then format is: an input with 2 letters and then another input with min. 5digits & max 13digits

then for the delivery address (should be step3)
Country has to be the same as the billing/invoicing address
