I am looking for someone to develop a program or database to help us compile policy and procedure manuals. We currently use Microsoft Word to create our safety manuals, by starting with a single MS Word file and using the Insert>File. A typical safety manual consists of 14-40 chapters, so the Insert>File function takes a very long time. Once we have inserted all of the individual MS Word chapters into the manual file, we then have to scroll back and forth through the document to correct spacing and formatting issues. We are looking for someone who can create a program that will allow us to 1. Open the App 2. complete some key fields . 3. select the chapters (documents) we want the manual to contain; and 4. press a "Compile" or "Build" button, which will create a perfectly formatted manual that can be sent to clients.
