Im a psychologist, and I need an Android app for psychotherapy, specifically behavioral activation treatment for depresion. You can see the pen-and-paper version we are using in the "Daily Monitoring" image at this link: [url removed, login to view]
It would be some sort of dedicated calendar that allows a patient to log every hour of each day of the week the following items:
a) the activity he/she is currently doing (a short text entry)
b)rate both the importance and enjoyment of that activity in an 1-10 scale (a drop-down menu)
c) a general mood rating (1-10) at the end of the day. (a drop-down menu)
In adition, the app should allow:
1) to generate readable reports: a text file with the records of every day
2) to schedule activities ahead, and a sound reminder. For instance, planning "doing laundry" for next Tuesday at 2pm, then receiving a reminder that day
