I am interested to find out how much it would cost to have someone perform 1 month of link exchange management for one of my site. I want link exchanges with PR4+ relevant sites and by the end of one month i want to have 500-1000 link backs shown within google when searching link:www-mysite-net (you get the idea the - is replacing the . in the example)

Is this possible? and if so, please quote and describe how you would do this.
