Looking for Software Project Leader

I am looking for a skilled and experienced Software Project Leader to lead our Enterprise Software Development project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and leading software development projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading Enterprise Software Development projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire software development process
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Duration:
- This can turnout to be a full time long term appointment. But as of now I am looking for a person who can give me ball park estimation as and when required and then work closely with me to create accurate estimation and then lead the team.
Technology stack:
- There will be multiple projects from multiple customers so technology stack can't be defined. Ideally it will be web and mobile application.

Please make a note that I am looking for a person who is ready to work long term. There will be no payment for ball part estimation as we also don't have surity of the project but if you can lead the poject as soon as we have it on hand you will have full time work for sure.
We already have 2 good projects and I am looking for someone to start looking in to it.
