Project/Office Management and personal assistant

Looking for the right Project/Office Manager and Personal Assistant to manage real estate projects and other like businesses within our company.

GENERAL DUTIES:

- Book keeping and spreadsheets - we use MAC at the office, to use pc bring own laptop.

- Get mail 

- Basic supply stocking 

- Run errands 

- Keep bills organized/paperwork 

- Photography assistance (set up and tear down and other general duties)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Need own car 

- Female wanted 

- Must have spreadsheet experience

- Must live on the Westside of Los Angeles (Santa Monica/Venice/MDR)

- Must be professional at all times. 

- Comfortable with computers and multi-tasking 

DETAILS:

- Work locations vary from home to office to onsite.

- 10-6pm generally. Occasional weekend day. 5 days/week (3 days part time)

- Location 90401

- No telecommuting

BENEFITS AND PAY:

- Full time can start part time - 30hrs/week min

- Health insurance paid 

- Gas allowance 

- Will start hrly $18-25/hr depending on experience, working towards salary 50k/yr + bonuses 

- Can help relocate to westside - will pay rent difference if necessary
